How Long Do Orders Usually Take to Ship?
All packages are shipped out from the Republic of Korea. Delivery time is approximately 2-7 working days, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times because these estimates may be subject to change based on product shortages and local transportation issues.
※Order deadline is every working days at 9:30 AM(Korean Standard Time). After the order closure, your item(s) will be prepared to ship out from our cargo within 24- 48 hours.
How Does International Shipping Work?
We use SF Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 2- 3 business days.
Can I add items to my order before it ships?
Once your order has been checked out, it goes immediately to processing and then it is prepared for shipment. Depending on the status of your order, We can help to cancel or refund it by sending us an email with your order number. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
How do I track my order?
Please check and use your tracking number to track the status of your package. Find your information on My Order of My Page.
Where can I get help for missing or wrong delivery?
Please contact us by email. Reach out to us with your order number and tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, the date it was shipped, and the missing item(s) from your order. For a missing whole delivery, It can be more faster to contact SF CS center.
What is the XEXYMIX returns and exchanges policy?
Returns This is available only for confirmed request with CS.
XEXYMIX will gladly accept unworn, unwashed products with original tags for return within 7 days of which you have received the package.
※ Non-Returnable Items ※
-Washed, torn, perfumed sprayed, items without tags are not returnable.
- For hygiene purposes, panties and beauty items are not returnable.
Exchange is only available on the same day of the order placement(Based in KST) for size and colors.
Otherwise, we are currently not set up for exchanges due to international shipping reasons, so please follow our return policy.
Do you provide a return label?
We currently do not provide return labels for international shipments.
Customers will be responsible for return shipments. and all extra costs (import duties, taxes and custom clearance and etcs) are deducted from return values.
We would like to ask you to return using your preferred carrier.
How to process returns?
1. Contact us by email (xexyhk@brandxcorp.com) stating the subject as below with the items you want to get a refund for.

2. After receiving a confirmation email from one of our assistants, please send the package to our location as directed.
3. After receiving your returned package, we will thoroughly check the items according to our return policy.
4. Only after we have processed and confirmed your returns, we proceed with a refund. We will let you know via email.
Is it available to exchange the items?
- You may change only sizes and colors of your selected item(s) on the same day you place your order (based on Korean Standard Time).

When will I receive my refund?
When we receive your package, we’ll refund you within 7 business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
What should I do if I received faulty goods or wrong delivery?
Please send an email (xexyhk@brandxcorp.com) with detailed photos within 7 days after you have received the package. Upon confirmation, we shall give you the directions.
